How do I know if my Charidy, CauseMatch, or Raisethon Integration is working?

  1. The first thing you will want to do is make sure you follow the integration guides for each platform.
  1. The integration should be active once you have completed these instructions and implemented the webhook.

    When a person donates on a fundraising platform (Causematch, Raisethon, Charidy, etc.) and the email or phone number used in the donation process matches a contact in PhoneRaise, a status field will appear in the contact section. The status will be marked "Already Donated."

    You know the integration is working if you see a status marked already donated.


Note: the status will only update on donations made after the integration was set up.
