How to integrate Charidy and PhoneRaise

This guide will show you how to integrate Charidy with PhoneRaise.

With this integration:

• When donation contact details match in PhoneRaise the contact status will change to already donated in PhoneRaise
• Autofill Charidy Donation form with PhoneRaise contact details
• Team Fundraisers can use their team link using PhoneRaise

Part 1: Charidy Settings

Ask your Charidy campaign manager to set up the webhook in Charidy

Here is a sample email you can use.

Hello name,

We will be using PhoneRaise in conjunction with Charidy to reach donors. Can you please set up the webhook? The code can be found below.
