How to integrate Causematch and PhoneRaise

This guide will show you how to integrate CauseMatch with PhoneRaise.

With this integration:

When donation contact details match in PhoneRaise the contact status will change to already donated in PhoneRaise
Autofill Causematch Donation form with PhoneRaise contact details
Team Fundraisers can use their team link using PhoneRaise

Part 1: CauseMatch Settings

Email CauseMatch support (support@causematch.com) to set up the webhook in Causematch

Here is a sample email you can use.

Hello <i>name,</i>
We will be using PhoneRaise in conjunction with Causematch during our campaign. Can you please set up the webhook? The info can be found below.

The webhook endpoint is: https://app.phoneraise.com/webhooks/causematch
And the accepted token is: 6abda665624e793ce210cf0ba6e4180d4d19ce11
Please let me know when this is completed.

Part 2: PhoneRaise Settings

Suggested Sync Options

Match on phone number
Match on email address

Optional Settings

Add Teams as Users:
When adding ambassadors to Causematch automatically add them as users in PhoneRaise.
Create Pledges in CauseMatch:
If someone changes the status of a contact to pledge and enters a pledge amount the pledge will show up as a donation in Causematch (backend and front end)

Integrating Teams With PhoneRaise

If you have teams or ambassadors with their own fundraising pages, you can direct the payment button to their team page and include the donation link in text messages, emails, and WhatsApp messages.
