The Engage Campaign onboarding is designed to simplify the onboarding process for donor engagement. We help you set up your touchpoint process and strategy helping you to maximize the value of Engage Campaigns while minimizing the effort and time your team must invest.

Details

Reviewing Your Data

  1. Our team will carefully review your data to ensure it meets the platform's requirements.
  2. This review identifies gaps, formatting issues, or structural discrepancies in your dataset that could impact functionality.

    (Note: Data cleaning and deduplication is a separate service and is not included.)

Data Import

  1. Once your data has been reviewed, we’ll import it into Engage Campaigns.
  2. This process ensures your donor and campaign data is accurately mapped, preserving the integrity of your records and ensuring functionality within the app.

Strategy Meeting (30 Minutes)

  1. We’ll schedule a strategy session to understand your campaign goals, target audience, and key metrics for success.
  2. During this meeting, we’ll advise on best practices for utilizing Engage Campaigns to meet your objectives efficiently.

Tutorial Meeting (30 Minutes)

  1. In this session, we’ll provide step-by-step guidance on using the Engage Campaigns features tailored to your specific campaign needs.
  2. You’ll learn how to navigate the platform, access reports, and manage donor communications effectively.

Managing Settings

  1. We’ll configure all necessary settings to maximize success. This includes setting up touchpoint automations, Integrating PhoneRaise with Salesforce or Bloomerang, and other settings.

What the Service Does Not Include

Data Cleaning or Deduplication

  1. While we review your data for general alignment with platform requirements, cleaning or deduplicating data is a separate service charged at $250 an hour.
  2. It is recommended that data be reviewed and cleaned before submission to ensure a smooth import process.

Additional Meetings

  1. This package includes no further consultations or training sessions beyond the initial 30-minute strategy and tutorial sessions.
  2. You can arrange additional meetings for an extra fee if you need them.

Important Considerations

  • Data Preparation: Ensure your data is well-organized and in a compatible format before submission. Clean and deduplicate your data to avoid errors during import.
  • Clear Objectives: Before the strategy meeting, you will need to understand your engagement goals clearly. This will allow us to offer precise and actionable advice.
  • Availability: Assign a dedicated point of contact from your organization who can provide data quickly, attend meetings, and coordinate with our team for a streamlined process.
  • Custom Needs: If your organization has unique requirements outside the scope of this package, discuss these with us beforehand. We can provide custom services at an additional cost.
  • Post-Setup Support: Ongoing support is available through our standard customer service channels after the setup process.

  • Familiarity with PhoneRaise: If your team already knows how to manage PhoneRaise, you can often skip the add-on assistance.
  • Low-Complexity Data or Simple Campaign Needs: If your data is straightforward (e.g., just a list of names and phone numbers) and doesn’t require extensive mapping or verification, the import process may be manageable without external help
  • Cost Constraints: If you’re working with a tight budget, you might decide that saving on the add-on service fee is essential. Instead, you can leverage existing staff to tackle any initial setup tasks.

Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services and Acknowledgment

  • The Client acknowledges that PhoneRaise’s Add-On Setup service is strictly limited to reviewing and importing data, providing one (1) 30-minute strategy meeting and one (1) 30-minute tutorial meeting, and managing selected campaign settings.
  • Any additional work—such as data cleaning, deduplication, or further training sessions—will incur extra fees and must be contracted separately.

2. Data Accuracy and Preparation

  • The Client is solely responsible for preparing, verifying, and cleaning the data before providing it to PhoneRaise.
  • The Client must ensure that any data submitted is accurate, free from duplicates, properly formatted, and does not infringe upon any third-party rights.

3. Confidentiality, Compliance, and Liability

  • The Client must provide PhoneRaise with lawfully acquired data and confirm that it has the right to share said data for the purpose of the agreed services.
  • The Client indemnifies PhoneRaise against any legal action resulting from unauthorized or non-compliant sharing of donor information.

4. Payment Terms and Additional Fees

  • The Client commits to paying the agreed-upon fee(s) before any work commences.
  • Additional fees apply if the Client requests services beyond the outlined scope (e.g., extra training sessions, advanced troubleshooting, or data scrubbing).

5. Timelines, Scheduling, and Cooperation

  • The Client must provide all required data and documents within the agreed-upon timeframe and promptly attend the 30-minute meetings.
  • Any client-side delays, missed meetings, or failure to provide data will result in automatic extensions to the service timeline or rescheduling fees where applicable.

6. Limited Liability and Disclaimer

  • The Client acknowledges that PhoneRaise’s total liability for any claim related to the Add-On Setup service will not exceed the fees paid by the Client to PhoneRaise for this specific service.
  • The Client agrees that PhoneRaise is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from the Client’s use or misuse of the PhoneRaise platform or the data provided.
  • Cancellation and Refund Policy: If the Client cancels after payment has been made and work has begun, no refunds will be provided.
